The Burn App offers a selection of cutting-edge difficulty-based programs that will challenge you like never before, providing a dynamic fitness experience. With eight challenging programs available, you can train either in the gym or at home. These programs incorporate smart technology to continuously test your limits and offer new variations and progressions, ensuring that you always have an invigorating workout.

Wondering how it works? After downloading and creating your account, the app will prompt you to answer a few questions to better understand your fitness goals. Based on your responses, the Burn App will analyze your preferences and recommend a program tailored to your needs.

The programs feature a range of training styles, including HIIT, circuit training, muscle burnout challenges, bodyweight exercises, strength training, powerbuilding, cardio, LISS, pregnancy and postnatal exercises, rep challenges, AMRAP challenges, and EMOM challenges. Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or build lean muscle, there's a program designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

To enhance your experience, the Burn App offers several cutting-edge features:

The Burn App is free to download, but ongoing use requires an active subscription, available in monthly, quarterly, or yearly models. Regardless of the subscription model chosen, all users are eligible for a free trial period. Subscription payments are charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at the time of purchase, and auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
